I guess it depends on what you're defining as a segment but have you looked in to using Google Data Studio to do this?
Would be a piece of cake to set up (and everyone loves cake) and you'll be able to put together as many charts as you need.
Here are some example reports to get a flavour of the sort of thing you could build
Klipfolio might be a good solution. They have a bunch of pre-built connectors, including GA, Adwords and Marketo. They also allow you to add custom data sources using basically any API.
In the actual dashboard you can combine data sources and manipulate data similar to Excel. https://www.klipfolio.com
There's a bit of a learning curve but from all the dashboard solutions I've tried Klipfolio has the best of both worlds - flexibility and ease of use.
You can also take a look at https://www.google.com/analytics/data-studio/ . Free and has connectors for Adwords, GA, Search Console, Youtube Analytics, BigQuery, Google Sheets and more. But no Marketo, so getting the Marketo data in there would require a workaround, for example using Google Sheets or BigQuery.
Have you tried Google's Data Studio?
I haven't fully dove into it yet but it seems it can be a granular as you can be within Google Analytics. There's a couple real examples you can test if you scroll down a bit and they can be used as starting templates.
Visit https://www.google.com/analytics/data-studio and scroll down to the "See it in Action" section, clicking one of the examples will lead you to an editable sample to play around with.

I personally use google spreadsheets. I am starting to mess with the new data studio from google though, and that it worth checking out if you want something free.
