you shouldnt put to much weight on certificates. sure they look nice on the wall but being proficient in the software to the point where you can draw whatever is needed and present it in a proffessional manner. i would suggest lynda.com http://www.lynda.com/AutoCAD-training-tutorials/160-0.html or Infiniteskills http://www.infiniteskills.com/autocad/ if the job is between you with your certs or a guy with no certs who can draft circles around you, the certs mean nothing.
if you print it four pages per sheet it will do just that, put pages 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the same page, and you'll have a grand time cutting each one out and then finding they don't go together how you want.
you need to set it up for booklet printing. i'm assuming you are printing this at home/work? read through this, or watch this video (starts at :22). and do a couple test runs on your project.
unless you have a very expensive printer you will most likely also need to trim the edges, as the printer won't print full bleed.
good luck!

My company "strongly encouraged" me to watch all 16 hours of this beautiful mess. All in all, it was actually pretty informative, but I had some Crystal experience before so a lot of it (the first 4 hours or so) are really basic and a real drag.

These guys have pretty good courses, I have done the Sheet Metal and Weldments courses through them, not surfacing yet but I am planning on using the course. Basically they are geared to teach you everything and get you competent enough to pass the SW certification tests. Might be worth looking at?
