I "started" to install this program a few months back until during installation I saw it required .Net. Needless to say I got rid of it immediately. I probably convert between video formats more than anything else, and I have used numerous programs and NONE of the others require .Net Framework. Here are 2 awesome video converters I use that are both better than Freemake and FREE as well without the .Net shit and bloat-ware.
iWisoft Free Video Converter http://www.easy-video-converter.com/
Any Video Converter Free http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/
The two above programs do ANYTHING I need them to do including convert video to mp3 format (Iwisoft)
The only other program I ever use besides those two is ConvertXtoDVD 4 which I paid for but guess what? No .Net or bloat in that either.
