Lol. The company I used to work for had kaseya which worked just like that but only on steroids. No only could we remote in silently we could also force updates, send gpo and ad updates basically anything all without the user knowing a think. It was scary powerful lol
This tool doesn't offer anything you can't automate other ways. Remote Endpoint Management is built into AD. Likewise patching.
Look at the damn feature set. That doesn't bother you that it has that much access to your stuff? You don't think, "Huh, what if something goes wrong?"
Hey Sean, not withstanding the comment about small MSPs not needing a tool like CW or Kaseya, I'd urge you to at least take a look at Kaseya. We have many small MSP customers that use Kaseya VSA to efficiently handle remote management, Windows and third party patch management and IT automation. Also consider Kaseya BMS, our PSA solution, which is integrated with VSA so you can automatically create service tickets in BMS from alerts in VSA and auto-remediate those tickets using VSA agent procedures (scripts) in BMS. We also have a mobile app that combines access to both VSA and BMS, as well as IT Glue. Thanks!

That splash screen looks like or resembles Kaseya's Network Monitor update dialog.
Kaseya provides maintenance and remote control software for a bunch of service providers - AV distributors, MS's Office 365 deployments, backup software providers.
I've seen it on macOS and WinOS - https://www.kaseya.com/products/vsa/remote-control-software/
