You could also use KeePassDX (https://www.keepassdx.com/) on Android and pick a sync solution (Nextcloud, Synthing, etc) to have the same updated KeePass files on desktop, it's what I've been doing lately
Depending on what you mean by manage, I would suggest using a password manager. That way, you won't have to remember only one password and you can use different passwords on all accounts. It's useful in general. I recommend KeePassDX as it's offline, but you'll need to make sure that you have multiple backups of your database in case one storage medium breaks.
In keepassdx you can use "Field filling keyboard (Magikeyboard)" option while filling the entries. You just change your keyboard by long pressing 'Space' to Magickeyboard, and it has specific keys for auto-filling user IDs and password on the current app or website, so essentially bypassing the clipboard.
