Hitachi I think? Remote server software and I think remote access too..... please correct me if I’m wrong. I know I’ve had it before and I swear it was to do with Hitachi.
EDIT: it’s not Hitachi but something similar sounding? Hope that jogs someone’s memory.
EDIT2: was thinking of Logmein Hamachi! It’s Logmein pro as said by u/-Ponzis
Wouldn't the first two policies supersede the third? I was always of the understanding that if a packet hits the first policy and it is applicable then it wouldn't go further down the chain of policies.
Ex. a SupportStaff user goes to logmein, the APPGroup SupportStaff does not have logmein included in the allowed applications. Does the user get blocked? Or do they go down the chain of policies until they match the last policy? URLs are even trickier, do I need to include www.logmein.com in the SupportStaff URL Filter?
This can get confusing real quick.
Thanks again for the help.
In accordance with Section 5 of LogMeIn's Terms of Service, "Customer shall not permit its users to access or use any Service or Content in a U.S. embargoed country or in violation of any U.S. export law or regulation." This means that an account can be de-activated and cannot be re-activated if the end user attempts to login from an embargoed country.

I hope this will change.
I don't doubt your honesty, but screen shares bring other risks.
I don't think there's any way to check devices with a saved Recovery One time Password. This is separate to trusted devices listed under the trusted devices tab.
You're right that the normal procedure is via email, but I have heard of people being locked out even when they still have access to email. So its clear that LastPass are performing other checks and suddenly changing devices and location will likely trigger those, especially if there's a change of country.
Their general terms and conditions prohibit reselling.

1) Get them a profile that has no admin rights. Have an admin profile that you know the password to.
2) Get log me in or similar so you can remotely help with their computer.
3) Set a restore point where you know their profile is clean.
4) Figure out a script to restore their profile.
5) Run that.
