that is really on cue and interesting. I didn't know about this cycles! . . Regarding your post of an average day, I was much in the same situation a year or so ago. I felt I kept doing stuff and no matter how much I did, crap kept piling waiting to be attended, to a point sometimes I snap and did nothing fruitful for weeks. What did work for me was having a tight planned routine, I asigned schedules for activities and have been using this app macrodroid to notify me the schedules I set. Basically what this app does (if programmed properly) that can apply to life itself is to cut down every repetitive task to it's minimum effort, once this is done you'll find you are not struggling to fit in a workout routine. Considering your desire to join a gym, you could lookout for alternative solution of buying your own equipment, even second hand equipment is good enough. It will be initially more expensive, but you will cut down the need to travel back and forth the gym and dress accordingly. In the meantime I will look up this alternate sleep cycles and the modafinil. Thanks again for your inputs!
Of course!
Yes. Logcat is where the system and apps store logs, it is how developers can find bugs. MacroDroid can read these logs and use them as triggers to start your macros.
In the red triggers area when creating a macro use the + button followed by the magnifying glass to locate Logcat. There is a red button to capture Logcat. Follow the instructions given in the popup.
An example already competed is here: http://www.macrodroid.com/macrostore?id=8685
It speaks when developer options are opened. It may not work on every device but is a good example to show how it looks.
I made it: http://www.macrodroid.com/macrostore?id=8227
You'll need to open the link from the device with MacroDroid installed and allow the browser to open external apps. Or you can search MacroDroid store for ID=8227 or it will be in the tab called latest, as Count outbound SMS.
Any issues let me know
Once you've installed MacroDroid, you can follow this link: http://www.macrodroid.com/macrostore?id=5711
Then you can press the + button to add it.
This video will show you what else MacroDroid can do. I made a series of videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFNgM4PFc_s
Now you can get this template: http://www.macrodroid.com/macrostore?id=6935
You'll need to open the link on the device that MacroDroid is installed on.
I can build and adapt it to meet your needs. Once you've saved it all you'll need to do is add the green MacroDroid widget to your homescreen
This is an example. http://www.macrodroid.com/macrostore?id=4930
Have a look at the system setting action under the macro I gave you. Turn all of those services you want to on and then use the drop down lists to find the correct setting. Then when you come put of battery saver, run that macro and it will turn all the stuff back on.
I've created a macro for you. You can find it here: http://www.macrodroid.com/macrostore?id=5300
Variables: Threshold: Number of shakes TimeDelta: Time frame of the shakes required
Feel free to modify it as you see fit. There are also ways to detect activity which might be more powerful, but will probably require two macros to set up properly. If you want me to give that a shot, let me know.
Hope it helps!
You really don't need a stop watch for this. The system time, in seconds, can be retrieved at any time. It's just time math after that.
There is code here http://www.macrodroid.com/macrostore?id=3654 Where the call is complete that might help. It's a phone call log.
I threw together this macro on Macrodroid (you'll need to sideload that).
It keeps the box from going to sleep when the screen is off and checks the network connectivity specifically, every minute that the screen is turned off.
I tested it throughout the day (more specifically casting) and it works perfectly for my Mi Box S on Android 9 connected via ethernet
Here are a couple of templates I made for my Android TV for Macrodroid. Install the app, use a keyboard to navigate and import these from the store under "latest" (I just re-uploaded them).
http://www.macrodroid.com/macrostore?id=3627
Of course, just install MacroDroid and add this Macro (also yo can search a tutorial to create a "Macro"):

You have to give several accessibility permissions to the application to avoid problems. The first time, when you press the airdots button twice a message appears to choose whether you want to open Google Assistant or MacroDroid, select always use MacroDroid.
It doesn't require root. Single click you can add restrictions so you can change the volume.
For me it's like this. You can only skip music if Music is already playing+screen is off + headset is plugged in. If you want to change the volume just tap the power button (making the screen on) and change the volume
I made it for pocket mode specially if your headset don't have controls specially high end headset.
