Neard is great for a WAMP setup. It's open source and gives you tons of features out of the box (multiple versions of PHP, MySQL, MariaDB, Memcache, Git, PhpMyAdmin, Mailhog, etc.). It's what I always use, and if you want easy to create virtual hosts to handle multiple Laravel sites/projects, it makes that easy as well.
You want Neard. It's portable, you've got multiple versions of PHP, MySQL, Apache available. Also has Memcached, Mailhog, GiT, Node/NPM, Yarn and a bunch of other tools. Very easy to install and configure.
