Is there any danger of revoking received deposits? We are an exchange that supports fiat purchase of NANO (https://n.exchange) and we were never contacted. We are planning to implement support for selling NANO in exchange for fiat, please be more communicative in the future. How do we prevent this situation in the future?
I haven't used n.exchange - do you mean the 0.5% service fee? Anyway, there's nothing like that on CoinFalcon and all of their fees are listed here . Short version for Nano - no maker fee, taker fee 0.2%, free withdrawals and deposits.
Edit: Just the EUR deposit fee of 1€, could be seen as a convenience fee I guess
Exodus is not monitoring anything nor conducting checks on transactions.
n.exchange is one of the third-party services that is partnered with Exodus Wallet for the in-built exchange. They are named in Exodus' Terms of Service.
Could it be that your order involves fiat and requires submitting KYC documents ? According to nexchange faq that is needed.
0.5% seems for crypto/crypto pairs only, Did you try Fiat->BTC->Nano and what is total fee%?

The project offers a network that works to bring liquidity to the majority of tokens. That network is built on smart contracts and a new class of cryptocurrencies that is called “Smart Tokens.” You can buy BNT directly on https://n.exchange/.
Will they do the work of trading it back to bitcoin or litecoin and then withdraw as fiat money?
It's an honest question, I don't know if they would start accepting cryptocurrencies with difficult fiat ramps. https://n.exchange/ isn't buying NANO for now.
Well some reported that they had to wait a bit long to receive their coins so I am not sure what to think yet.
EDIT: Talking about n.exchange, not sure if the site you mentioned is just an affilaite or scam.
Honestly, the easiest way right now is using n.exchange (https://n.exchange/). You basically create a Nano wallet (https://nanowallet.io) and then punch that into N.exchange with your debit card info and they will send you Nano to the address.
Slightly higher fees but it's basically a one stop shop, bing bang boom and you're out (with a slight delay, I think they said 30m-1h). I've never used it personally so I can't actually vouche for them but there is a post about them in this sub from a few days ago.
