It converts an OPML file to an rss aggregator which is displayed as a website.

It's a planet? That's sort of what Planet software is built to do.
Your collection is pretty much a reimplementation of planet, which is cool in and of itself. :-)
While I love the cleverness and openness here, I dislike that you're essentially using open source on ALL proprietary services. The advantage of a VPS is that you control the hardware and don't have to use any proprietary software at all.
Also, it is preferable for devs to have their own blogs and then aggregate them using something like planet feed aggregator. Decentralization is best.
