What is Reddit's opinion of PlayN?

As a Java guy, unless this is an exercise specifically to learn HTML5, why not give PlayN a try? Granted, setup's a bitch, but the tech itself is pretty nice, and it cross compiles to HTML/css/ for you, while also targeting Android, Flash ( currently broken ) and Java.

Speaking of documentation, is there any documentation or tutorials out there on how to actually use it? Assuming the person has actually got it installed of course.

The dev guide only seems to really have two pages of basic content. Is that all there is to it?
