If you’ve hit a plateau, a lot of people recommend reverse dieting for about a week or more to encourage your body to burn more calories, and then returning to your desired calories. I’m not a health professional yet, just a grad nurse, but if you’ve talked it out with your doctor and they say it’s safe, it’s worth a shot.
