PROxpn - Great VPN
Keeps zero logs - free bandwidth limited version
If anyone is interested I can post a discount code or two. (I am not related to the company in any way)
EDIT - save my inbox - here it is:
There are two. These are codes from a radio show I listen to. These are not affiliate links, I get nothing from sharing.
Two years for $50 if paid in bitcoin:

Regular discount code: FTL50 This claims to be a 50% discount on a years sub, but it's kinda fuzy math. Still cheaper than normal price though. Discount code is good if you renew after the first year also.
EDIT 2 - I should also share, I am in year two of using proXPN. Tried others, and proXPN works best for me.
Don't be fooled into believing they're entirely without teeth. There are provisions in the Copyright Act that may skewer you, if for some reason you're targeted to be the next Pirate Poster Boy. This act has protections for both Joe Citizen, AND copyright owners.
You are being tracked. Consider a VPN, my current favorite for my day job is proXPN
From https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/oca-bc.nsf/eng/ca02920.html >What happens if a copyright owner decides to sue? A copyright owner may decide to launch legal proceedings. Such proceedings may be launched regardless of whether the copyright owner has sent a notice under the regime. A court would then determine whether copyright infringement has in fact occurred.
> Under the Notice and Notice regime, Internet service providers (ISP) must retain records of the identity of the subscribers who have been forwarded notices for a period of six months, or longer (up to one year) in cases where a copyright owner decides to take legal action. If ordered to do so by a court, the ISP would release your subscriber information to the copyright owner as part of a copyright infringement lawsuit.

There are two types of accounts:
BASIC = FREE and PREMIUM = $6.25/MONTH
The current special sale is a LIFETIME PREMIUM account and has access to all of the same cities as the MONTHLY PREMIUM.
Currently there is no difference in the monthly premium account and the lifetime premium account except for cost.
Who knows what the future will bring. Who knows whether my 'lifetime' or their 'lifetime' will end first?
