I don't know what to tell you, it's hard to have your cake and eat it too. If you go on this site and download chromium they give you some advice to help you minimize the data leaking, but best bet is to just not use google stuff if you don't want them sending your data back home. If you're on Windows, I've been following SandCat for a while waiting for them to support other systems.
