To expand on this a little, there are pros and cons for cookie based sessions and trade offs between security and convenience. Oh yeah, that's a rough one the first time around.
For the easy part: prevent the config.env file from being pushed up by adding it to your .gitignore file. If you don't have one, create it in your root directory and add that filename to it. You can do that for node_modules while you're at it, if it isn't there already.
As for linking you ReactJS UI to your NodeJS backend (I'm going to assume it's Express), there's a few ways.
I'm going to assume you're using something like create-react-app, which I personally use for all my React projects, even fresh ones at work.
You likely have a separate process serving your React assets locally than the process that runs your server. Broadly speaking, that means your React app is running on, say, localhost:2000 while your server is on localhost:3000.
If so, all of your API calls just need to use the server route. I recommend using the axios library for some nice defaults for handling CORS.

Just have a test route to try things out.
Alternatively, you can have Express serve static assets so that your React app is served by the very same Express server. I don't recommend this unless you're deliberately choosing to render React server-side (Server-Side Rendering). It is super straightforward, though.

I actually think Julia has better syntax than Python for a ML engineer. Play around with it.

I think you have figured out the general problem surrounding caching reads and then invalidating them when writes happen.
Like you mention, you could warm up the cache after you invalidate a bunch of keys.
When a user does a CRUD function, are you invalidating all cache keys or only the keys belonging to the URLs that would be affected by the change? Depending on how a user's writes invalidate cache keys, you could minimize the need to warm the cache, or you could compute cached values synchronously when writes happen.
Prob need something like a task queue and manager I’d guess. Have you looked at this sort of thing? Celery and rabbitmq are commonly implemented with python backends like django. Something like celery could queue up all your events and rabbit mq (broker) makes sure your processing them all as quickly as possible.

It depends on how long it takes to iterate through your array with array.filter(). There's a nice article that explains how website performance impacts a company's revenue, website usage, user experience, etc. If there is a noticeable difference in time it takes to complete your loops through the array, then I would suggest using a binary search. Otherwise, array.filter() will do just fine.

No Deno yet. Of course, you can still use TypeScript in the Node.js environment. Though note, ts-node can be a bit slow. If I am using TypeScript (or even JavaScript) for Node.js, I always write my code locally and only deploy the compiled source to the IBM i.

The real rub is not the payload size, but the amount you have to download before the app does anything. Users will bail if they stare at a white screen for a small amount of time for a number of reasons both practical and psychological. It has been exhaustively demonstrated that something as simple as a fast loading initial impression + something to indicate activity (skeleton, 'video is buffering,' etc) dramatically improve bounce rate.

It's a bit unreasonable to compare the average illiterati/low-cost dev implementation to true professional applications. All my spas are < 200kb uncompressed, load new feature code by route and have download + first impression times that are sub 100ms on slow 4g. Blazor's hello wold is closer to 13mb uncompressed. Netflix is < 500kb payload, Hulu is ~700kb. When you compare to professional offerings on both sides of the fence, it's not really even a comparison; Blazor's total initial storage usage for a hello world is the same as youtube's homepage with the gallery loaded.
In my place, I would learn to use basic authentication using email and password.
I will try to add middleware to check authorization in restricted route with credentials from request body. ie. email and password or something like that. (But don't do that)
And then I am tired of adding credentials for every restricted route.

Caveat: Obviously you have to be careful to use git to make sure you don't blow away any of your existing changes which have not yet been committed prior to carrying out the conversion.
The result is much nicer. In particular using environment variables in the vite environment just worked out of the box unlike snowpack (recently) both in vite development and production modes.
I've been doing some searching and found some useful insights (source 1, source 2). Turns out that http2 will prioritize other assets over images, by the looks of it.
It still doesn't explain why JPG files don't have a high TTFB, then. Does http2 detect that the files are large before it downloads them, and therefore postpones downloading them?
Practically speaking, I can solve this problem by converting my PNG files to JPG files. But it won't satisfy my curiosity.

Honestly, scrcpy is probably the best solution for this. I've never used it on Windows but it looks like it's just a case of downloading a zip from their GitHub and then launching it (link). No code required.

Yes, that seems like a reasonable approach. If you're planning on distributing a webapp, you should read up a bit on virtual environments for Python. You need to be able to separate all of the dependencies of your project, such as the Python libraries you use, from whatever might be already installed on the target machine.
Another thought is that if queries against the content of the documents are relatively common you will want a way to store a full-text search index of the documents. Otherwise those searches will result in scanning the body of every document which could be quite slow. You're going to want to re-generate the entire chunk's geometry when voxels change so that you can optimize it for rendering using greedy meshing. You don't want to be drawing a chunk with 2 triangles per voxel when a bunch of their faces are co-planar. You can store the chunk as a 32^3 in memory but you can still break up the meshes into 16^3, so that each chunk has 8 meshes associated with it. You could go even smaller with 8^3 voxel meshes and have 64 meshes to a chunk. It's a balance though.
You should allow the user to adjust the dimensions of the chunks and their sub-meshes - or have your engine dynamically figure which sizes to use depending on system performance, automatically.
Also, storing an offset into a buffer is virtually the same thing as a pointer. "Pointerless" doesn't mean you're not using actual variable pointers in the code, it means that the location of the data is inherently known without storing it anywhere. The timer can go over depending on connectivity issues. In this instance, the matchmaker already found you a game. That's why the whole color of the image is darker than normal. The whole "no longer than 1 minute" is still true as a match was located, it's very likely you've been loading for a good minute after it was found.
