These are great for someone who wants to access a shell through a strict firewall. I'm glad someone is working on a new one. Pair this with SSL and it's decently secure.
Edit: Anyone who doesn't understand the usecase has never had the pleasure of working in an enterprise environment where port 80 and 443 are the only outgoing ports available.

I used shell in a box for this It worked okay. Biggest problem? No damn control/alt/escape key! Not being able to Control-c out of apps is a major PITA. Running emacs is right out.
