You might be aware of r/Anarchy101's extensive canon which includes numerous pieces of Anarchist literature for you to choose from. There are a few examples of important works that don't (as of yet) have audible recordings. This survey was created in order to whittle down these works into a small handful of ones that people collectively deem most in need of recording.
If there are any works you like in the canon that aren't on the list, please leave a comment. Also, if there are any works not in the canon, that you think should be, leave a comment for that too. :)
Results from the survey are open and can be found here. SurveyJS is an open-source service, and this survey will not store IP addresses in the results.
While looking for a form designer and renderer, I found https://surveyjs.io but it didn't have a survey designer.
My attempt to write an app using reagent with an editor, renderer and results viewer is: https://github.com/kbsant/anketeur which is a working prototype, but needs a spec. The most important part is the model, which is in cljc. This has the data structures and rules for defining and rendering questions, answers and results.
One thing I researched on was pre-rendering of react components. However, i didn't pursue that approach and opted to use cljc for hiccup data and functions common to the client and server.
Usually react-hook-form is a nice go to, but for really complex cases with rules, logic, - I don't think there are powerful React specific tools.
https://surveyjs.io/ - I can recommend this tool, I used it for perhaps few hundreds questions long survey with rules and different elements, and overall can say it's done the job well. First you compose form with visual editor on their site, then save JSON somewhere in project and the lib will use JSON to generate form with all controls, inputs, logic.
