I've been doing this for months, and it's completely inconsistent.
First off, many usability testing sites never have tests come up. In three months of using Intellizoom, Test.io, Utest, and Userlytics, I've received ... one test. Out of all four of them. That's three months of all four tabs sitting open in my browser, waiting on emails/notifications for a test to come up.
I do the same with Usertesting.com, and conversely, I've made around $500 in the past two months.
Most usability testing sites seem to just suck, and there's absolutely no way you'll make a consistent living relying on what is essentially complete chance.
User testing might be a good fit. Some of the tests mimic an app experience (a prototype) without having to download any apps. Others are done on mobile but are rating a mobile web experience. This page has a good list of companies. The pay is typically 10 USD per test and they take about 20 minutes to complete.
There's also bug testing. I don't have any personal experience doing this, but it fits your interest in testing mobile apps. Here is the info page for one I've heard of, test IO.
As a Bosnian, I do believe that you could try Upwork, Freelancer and similar sites, but what seems to be working for many is test.io, if you can manage to get through their entrance test and have a good eye for detail, you could easily get a good income for our standard.
Yes. Testio is a legit QA testing company that has been around since 2015 or so. They test websites and app (both pre-release and live). They primarily pay for each bug found (functional, visual, content) but they also pay for performance of user stories and test cases and others. They pay primarily through paypal and payoneer. But you can also discuss other payment methods with them. They hire globally.
You can read more about them here.
Would appreciate if you use my link if you choose to sign up
However, I have a suspicion that you may be confusing Testio with Testlio. If so then I don't have much experience with Testlio
I found links in your comment that were not hyperlinked:

Hi, what kind of jobs are you looking for?
If you're interested in testing, there is a lot of crowd testing like testIO that you can participate in as a tester. Experience is not required. Register click here.
How about giving a try on UHRS. As you said you need money by the next month survey sites like Swagbucks and Toluna will be indeed slow as they can be termed as mini beermoney. Whereas sites like crowdsourcing sites, testing sites, etc. makeup for your beermoney.
Signup on Clickworker, Quadrant Resource, etc. UHRS vendors.
Proceed on to testing sites like Usertesting, uTest, Test.io
At the same time to increase your UHRS earnings refer to this guide Tips on How to Work on UHRS and boost your earnings
So have they asked you to take the test again? was the second task to find out the holiday for the museum?
The same thing happened with me, they asked me to re-take the test, I assumed they may not be entertaining new aplicants now lol, so I decided not to submit the test again.
also, you may want to try other options such as test.io , utest and so on.
>If there are more people who have good or bad experiences with Test.IO please comment!
Here's my experience with test.io. I work as a full-time QA tester for more than two years and I worked with some of the biggest companies in the world testing mostly apps and websites for them (Google, Facebook etc). I'm currently a Gold rated QA tester for one the biggest tester crowdfunding websites and one day I thought to give test.io a try. I could not be more sorry to spend my time working for this company. My experience was pretty much in line with most of the reviews that I read on Glassdoor. Do yourself a favor and please read some of them before signing up to work as a tester for this company. The Onboarding process itself is a good measure for what will come: it's a complete nightmare. They have very unrealistic standards and asks for a lot of rework for reported issues. It's not possible to gather what else they want to be included in the report and it seems that it's just a very sick mind game that they're playing. I'm talking about very straight-forward functional issues that don't need more than a screenshot to be understood by a monkey. It's not enough for them. They will request more and more information until you sculpt a bug report masterpiece. This is not smart and it's not viable in the real world. I'm an experienced tester and I never saw anything close to that in all companies that I worked for. At this point I really don't know how this business is up and running and how they're able to get customers to work with them. My advice is: if you're willing to work as a tester or if you're already an experienced tester run away from test.io. After working for them and spending five hours or so I got my first paycheck sent to my PayPal account. The first one: € 2,27 EUR minus € 0,53 EUR of fee charges, totalling € 2,27 EUR. The second payment: € 0,60 EUR minus € 0,39 EUR of charging fees totalling € 0,21 EUR.
Thank you very much for sharing, howellar.
I have been working on uTest for 2.5 months now. Very good platform. I made a few hundreds dollars during this time (working nights and weekends), in parallel of my main job. I learned also a lot (e.g. app log capture, activating dev mode of phone, hints to test, etc.). I confirmed that most of TTL are great: helpful for any question, you can discuss about decision of a bug. There is a chat where you can discuss with other testers which you can help or which will help you. A good experience. I would recommend uTest if you want to get a little extra money and learn about testing websites and apps. I would also recommend uTest to some of my colleagues of my company to learn how to work better! (uTest way to work is rigorous -in a positive meaning-)
I don't know testlio. I am going to try.
I tried test.io for one weekend: I participated to two test cycles, I reported 5 bugs which were all rejected without clear reason. I stopped quickly, it was a waste of time. In comparison, my first test cycle at uTest, I made around 40 dollars (I was lucky: several easy bug fix verifications, a bug assessed "very valuable" and other minor bugs found).
I don't know about Digivante; I found this topic by searching information about this website. :) So I will avoid it, as we have the same opinion about test.io!
If you joined uTest, I advice to follow Academy courses with quizz, to perform Academy training (unpaid test cycles but you will learn how to work on uTest and uTest will evaluate you before paid test cycles), to complete your profile with all your devices (Mac/PC, phones, tablets) and to be patient at the beginning (it took me about one month to have my application validated and to perform my first paid test cycle).
Good luck everybody :)
Takes pretty long to build a team of competent people that can do test automation and cover the entire project. Test automation also doesn't replace manual testing. There are even platforms like https://test.io/ were you don't even need to hire your own testing people. I was in a project where we use their service and they did a pretty good job at finding bugs and the monthly fee was cheaper than hiring a single person.
Comparto mis datos como QA Tester por si alguien esta en la misma situación , pero ahora mi cargo es Trainee Developer (Antes que Jr Developer) y de 2 horas mas:
