Seems a contradiction here between not wanting "bloated" but at the same time wanting no manual config and fast everything that the software must provide for you. What's wrong w/ WampServer itself? Can easily access config/ini/log files from the tray context menu & switch PHP versions there as well. Creating sites/domains is merely a matter of making a new directory in www and copying in your files. Comes w/ xdebug. Wamp stacks all have about the same components. Now WampServer isn't so portable, however, and only runs under Windows. You could install it in different places however and copy/import/export domains over. On another note, this might do it: http://web.archive.org/web/20171217004926/http://usbwebserver.net:80/en/. Ultimate portability is just use subdomains in your webhost and access from anywhere if you can accept the webhost defaults or roll your own via your own virtual server. Hint: DigitalOcean. :)
