It is the same for a similar service called Voddler. The forum got spammed with questions regarding support for Linux. Eventually they had to close down the forum and moved to getsatisfaction.com. There was talk of a linux client for a long time.. then one day: > We are sorry to inform you that currently Voddler will not develope support for Linux. This is because we don’t have the rights from the leading content companies. We hope that you can find another operating system that suits you so you can use Voddler.
Oh Well
This already exists and I use it.
Voddler uses a special client to stream content from other Voddler users and Voddler itself and at the same time it streams to other Voddler users.
It offers both movies and series for free and for digital rental. If you watch free content then you are shown an unskippable commercial or two before the movie starts, but no commercials are shown while you are actually watching the movie.
It's available to anyone in the Nordic countries (or anyone with a good VPN that exits in the Nordic countries)
