That's not really a spectral visualizer, it's just a waveform viewer. What DAW are you in? Just load the stereo bounce back into a separate project file and use that to view the waveform. If you need to see the spectral content, just use an EQ or a spectral imager like VoxengoSPAN.

You can also use a good two channel editor like Soundtrack Pro, Wavelab or Audacity.
