WhatFont has Chrome and Safari extension versions as well as the standard bookmarklet form for other browsers. It's pretty handy, especially since you can find out the font name simply by hovering, and an overlay comes up with more font information upon click.
"Bernie Sanders for President" and all the other miscellaneous text (aside from "A political revolution is coming") is Montserrat. A helpful add-on for Chrome is WhatFont. You can hover over any HTML text, and it will give you the font name, size and hex color.
Miller Display (and Helvetica Neue).
[Edit] In case you need to do this more often, there are browser plugins / bookmarklets for IDing live webfonts, like WhatFont.
I prefer this one actually:

The "type something now" feature Typesample offers adds no real value for me, while Whatfont shows more info on a click (line-height, color).
Adobe Text Pro with a fallback of Georgia / Times
Here's a bloody lovely little browser extension/bookmarklet which I use every time I see a nice looking webfont
Check out WhatFont.
It's a great tool that will show you the font used and if it is available on Google Fonts or Typekit, it will give you a link.
Available as a Chrome / Safari extension or a JS bookmarklet.
