I use XSplit VCAM which works great!
The paid version removes the loading screen / watermark, but there is some Chroma Key magic you can use to hide the watermark in OBS
You can use different 3rd party tools to achieve this, like VCam from XSplit or ChromaCam (both cost a few bucks) or if you have a RTX graphics card from nVidia you can use RTX Greenscreen (which is part of their RTX Broadcast Engine) for free.
I'm sure there are even more free alternatives out there.
Thanks, unfortunately https://www.xsplit.com/vcam is Windows 10 only. I couldn't find a program for background blur/removal for webcam for Windows 7, OpenCL <= 1.1 and OpenGL <= 4.0.
