Have you tried changing the DNS to NordVPN DNS addresses 103.86.96.100 and 103.86.99.100?

Here's the instructions, just change the DNS to the ones above
I've been with PrivateInternetAccess for about 2 months now and no issues. I used to have OverPlay but i wasn't happy with it.
i only pay like 8 bucks a month i think
they have two servers in Toronto and many other countries
WTFfast is a pretty shitty one.
Honestly you should try out some real one like IronSocket, OverPlay or PureVPN (they are supposedly one of the better VPN providers out there). I tried the latter and it was really good, used to get like 2mb connections about 4-5 years ago. Now it should be ~10mb easily. And that is more than enough for dota2.
> Is there any provider you would recommend?
OverPlay however they're based in the UK and subject to UK law but, annoyingly, they're the best for pretty much everything I've found.
> Will it interfere with gaming on the xbox?
No, very few routers allow you to adjust VPN settings and if they can, they cost a bomb! You're Xbox will be fine, you can adjust the DNS as you wish (for foreign TV app access).
Is this so that you can use a service like OverPlay to stream content outside of the country?
I cheated a bit and set up two wifi routers - one with the SmartDNS DNS servers set up and one without it. If I'm just surfing normally, I'm connected to the one without. If I'm streaming movies, I'm connected to the SmartDNS one.
I use OverPlay and I believe they are UK based so I am effectively using a useless service now although I only use it for BEIN Sports and DNS changing for other streaming services.
I do worry about the future of the UK, WhatsApp won't be as secure anymore (not that I am doing anything illegal) and then what about general day to day activities as while I don't do anything illegal, I find it strange that the government needs these overreaching powers for non-illegal related activities.
This year I decided to try DNS masking with and then getting the international version of Game Pass.
I followed all of the OverPlay instructions and got it all set up, paying for international version of Game Pass and everything.
However now it won't let me watch any games from 2014 or 2015 season in Game Pass. It will let me watch live NFL Network but not any games. Wouldn't let me watch HOF game live yesterday and won't even let me watch it on demand now. Any ideas?
EDIT: It has all HUD as if you were going to watch the game, shows the teams names on the viewing screen and everything. It'll even let you go look at the names of the various plays. But the play button is there and won't change when I click it.
OverPlay was doing some shady stuff when I was with them. On top of the driver's license issue, they would have USA IP's in their server list but they would be trying to pass them off as from different countries. For example, if you chose the Hong Kong VPN server, you would get a California IP, which is absolutely, incredibly useless, nevermind fraudulent. Of course, you would never know about this until you signed up, handed over your money and tried to actually use their service.
Made me ditch them and never looked back. Much better options out there nowadays.
I've been using scothost for my proxy/vpn needs. It lets you switch from one to the other without any extra charge and lets you switch countries without any fees too. They charge in pounds though so comes to $10 or $11, so its not as cheap as some other services. But it works perfectly. I turn the account on and off as I need it, so just pay those months when there is a lot of sport going on. I didn't check out OverPlay before, but its a good price. If its bad for sports though then I don't think I could stick it much. I might give it a trail run and see.
I use IPVanish for VPN service, based on them owning their own network and the speed I am getting ( ) because they have servers located close to my physical locations throughout the year. I use OverPlay () for SmartDNS, which is an IPVanish service as well.
Depending on where you located check out PIA, their speed is great! I found that my connection speed really depends on distance to servers...
I run a website that reviews VPNs () and I'd recommend . They have a decent service, and they offer a VPNs in 48 countries. They also have a DNS service, SmartDNS, which compared to a VPN, can be faster for accessing websites, as the traffic doesn't need to be encrypted. Most services offer a money back guarantee, OverPlay does, so don't be afraid to test some.
If you are looking for more I put together a list of over 90 VPN services, just google ultimate VPN list.
I used Chrome's element inspection system to divine what the overlay consisted of, read the adblock filtering tutorial, screwed around with a couple of potential detection methods for about half an hour, found one that worked, watched the video in question, then posted this here.
No, this only worked because their region restriction system is very simple. You'd need to use a proxy, VPN, or another similar service to bypass any serious IP-based region blocks.
If I had to recommend one, OverPlay worked very well when I tried it and it's simple to set up. Provides you with multiple locations you can route your traffic through. Works for Hulu, Netflix, BBC, etc. Like $10 a month. Also good for privacy, but I've heard they'll rip off your head and shit down your neck if you try to download torrents through it.
