I have seen recommendations for CloakVPN. They are charging $5 a month. They accept monero at these rates: Is this site reparable? With the price of XMR down, these Monero rates are also very cheap.

a) A cursory Google search reveals CloakVPN is $5 a month - there are literally hundreds of VPN services out there. I've seen a few as low as $2 a month - trying to find the link. I use VyprVPN cause it comes bundled with my Giganews subscription.
b) DD-WRT works on a variety of common router hardware and allows your whole network to join a VPN.
I thought there was another one that accepts XMR listed on getmonero. CloakVPN also doesn't seem very "professional" (good thing?) which, I may be wrong here, means they don't have international servers and such
