It looks like a bug. CrypticVPN support is here:
> For all questions/concerns, including abuse reports, please email .
I think they are using Rocketr as a payment provider. Looks like the bug is in Rocketr to me.
You can maybe also contact Rocketr directly. I think u/rawb0t is responsible for Rocketr. Or they have support here:
Well when I purchased the VPN, it was based off their promise that was plastered all over their website... About how they don't keep logs, they will not cooperate with Government etc... But after recently reading this sites review, I am starting to beg to differ... The fact it is a £25 life time fee should probably of stuck me as suspicious...
VPN : CrypticVPN Review :
They are so unprofessional I'm considering not to include them at all. From their FAQ:
> The program can't start because is missing from your computer.
> This error happens occasionally when you have a DLL file mising from your computer, which prevents OpenVPN from running. It is an easy fix. Click here to visit a website that provides the DLL file and step by step instructions on how to install it.
They link to dlldownloader-com as an instruction to users to get a missing library. WTF? Not to mention that 98% of these websites have more ads than useful screen space and that alone makes them untrustworthy and makes you question if they spread malware, this is not the way to fulfill the library requirements. There must be either an official package like Microsoft's C++ redistributable or it must be bundled with software.
Best is not a good choice of word. Many people will express their opinions on different vpns.
If you have the brain power make your own its cheaper Renting a vps and hosting one from low end box
Unless you are doing something illegal. Then its really up to you
Openvpn is good software and aws give a free openvpn access forever on there site. Im not sure if they allow it but
What you are looking for is called tun/tap
Other known providers. CrypticVPN, purevpn, etc

We are both completely separate entities ran by completely different set ups and people. CrypticVPN was dead for about 1-2 years because of something that the owner did/said I believe and when they resurfaced, he wanted a new theme. He copied ours about 2 months after we changed ours. I would look up archival proof, but he blocks scanners like those it seems.
