This is an error and is being looked into. Nothing to worry about. DropMix will be back up on the Hasbro Toy Shop as soon as possible.
Also, if you do need a DropMix board, there's a sweet deal on Amazon right now for 50% off. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XKXMC5Q/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_x_JIfdAb4J4TMSN
I really appreciated their recent article on DropMix just over a week ago (link in case anyone missed it, it really gets down to the issues surrounding the game's marketing). Just FYI kinja deals are independently run from Kotaku/Gizmodo/etc and they're probably more interested in getting the referral bonus in this instance than covering the game.
I got these on Amazon. I leave them on when playing. I started playing without sleeves and was seeing excessive wear around the RFID. We also stopped doing traditional shuffling with them.

These seem to be the most recommended, they’re the ones I’m using and they work just fine. Ultra Pro Card Premium Card Sleeves Pack (100 Sleeves) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3NE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_P2S2HVR77DYAP7FNNF53?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I used this, worked perfect in Switzerland, including the firmware update for the board: https://apkpure.com/dropmix/com.hasbro.dropmix 1) download https://apkpure.com/apkpure-app.html?icn=aegon&ici=text_detail-xapk (you may need to enable installation of non official Google Play store apps 2) search in the APKPure store for dropmix or use the link above
I also imported if from Amazon to Switzerland, on Android I used https://apkpure.com/dropmix/com.hasbro.dropmix on Iphone I understand that you can create a US based apple id and logon into the store with it. (not tested)
I got some boxes from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GELJFQ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_.GtxAb7RR1FFX
I added some labels to help me keep them organized. I have them in there by playlist. Here is how they came out:
The sleeves I saw suggested here on Reddit, Ultra Pro Card Premium Card Sleeves Pack (100 Sleeves) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3NE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_c4cHAb6B7VS8X. The container I found on Amazon, Ultra PRO All Team 2-Piece Storage Box, 4 Compartment, Clear https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3JI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_D5cHAbRK6XX4J
If there's ever more than just chiller, I'll have to buy another container.
I mean you can buy it on Amazon for about 20-25 bucks with free shipping. That's what I did. I didn't want to spend $29 at Toys R Us just to get the free shipping. Much easier to pay a little more and get it faster with Prime.
It’s been going in and out of stock on Amazon since early Wednesday, I believe. And that’s currently the only place to find it.
Hasbro Dropmix Playlist Pack (Instinct) Expansion for Music Mixing Board & Card Game https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076D3QR8P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MEwhCbC7EMEWP
The official play store page (bottom of page: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hasbro.dropmix) says 5.0 and up.
From the Netherlands: Even though I have an iPad I also have an Android phone.
Downloading the Dropmix iOS app is only possible through the US Appstore. So using an account that is set to the US should make it possible to download it from there. I guess it should also work through the UK Appstore.
For my Android phone, I also tried to download an APK first. This doesn't work as it will give you some error saying that you did not purchase the app as well as not showing any text like you mentioned. I used an US Google account and was able to download it from the Playstore. I'm not sure exactly how I created a US Google account since I created it maybe 10 years ago.
I wasn't able to find the app using the Search in the Playstore but if I googled the Dropmix app and opened it from the Browser it did direct me to the Playstore page of Dropmix. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hasbro.dropmix
If you are able to use shipping forwarder bomb and flawless are not too bad on amazon.com I got mine for about 20-25USD each plus the ship forwarder.
Target.com (usa) no longer seema to stock flawless but it was 15usd+shipping to forwarder. So 25 on amazon was ok as it included shipping to forwarder.

The website is run by AndroidPolice.com website, genuine and safe - not modified (you can install the apps over ones downloaded from Play Store and it will be fine, if it was modified you wouldn't be able to)

We don't know how well it sold... But most people not knowing about it makes it hard to assume it has done well. :/
Carrying bag: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002GL7ZO/
It's from the FAQ. I just had one of the box art laminated and glued it on.

The cases were found on Amazon. I already linked the insert art in the OP.
Staples printed and cut the inserts for me.
Series 4 is currently in a cycle of being in and out of stock on Amazon. However, there is a pre-order for a new Electronic Playlist Pack, Chiller. I'll provide a link for the pre-order. :)
They have been sporadically on sale at Amazon; I picked my set up from there at the beginning of March. I have never seen them for sale in a brick & mortar store, although I stopped looking after I got mine online. But right now I think Hasbro’s shop & Amazon are your best bet.
Here’s the Amazon US link to watch, if it helps.

Instinct is back in stock on Amazon:

I use something like this with a simple folder. Most of the time I mix freestyle by myself, which makes it perfect to browse through. I also see instantly when a card is missing.
Energy and Flora are up for sale direct from Hasbro/Amazon AU, why would the rest of the series not get the same treatment? Along with Discover series 3/4, Amazon AU's literally the only place to finish a collection, and I'd prefer to support it as locally as possible.
Given that Fantastic/Instinct came out in Dec, was hoping to see them soon and not pay out the ass like I've had to for Chiller and Flawless.
^^ All of this!!!
I had so many issues with Dimensions. The tool that helped me the most is called "NFC Tools".
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wakdev.wdnfc
Now, if only I could get someone to release the encryption hash of all the Skylanders toys I'd be set!! Or just a master list of their character encoding....
You know... for science!!
(Damn it 404... quit showing your hand....)
Umm... I meant to say:
Computerz iz hardz... much disappoint.... trollololololololol....
Sorry... forgot meds....
For real though, NFC Tools.
You must be on about the physical stuff because...

I jest, nothing beats the feel of a real piece of hardware ;)
> Currently they are only available through 3rd party resellers
Is that true? I just bought Bomb from Hasbro's account on Amazon (edit: yes, it appears to be true)
https://www.amazon.com/DropMix-Playlist-Pack-Hip-Hop-Bomb/dp/B078DN348J
It’s good that they’ve got the cross-branding, but not at that price. The Ultra Pro Platinums are great and much cheaper. My board will recognize at least a 10x stack with these on.
I was checking threw the packs for season two in the collection on the app and the two that are available on amazon are flora link and energy link which are currently sold out. I found that fantastic and instinct are coming out as well but can’t find them on amazon. If anyone has info on these sets let me know.
Both Series 3 & Series 4 are back in stock as of this morning; after I just bought one of each, there are 18 left of Series 3 and 10 left of Series 4.

Oh nice, I am totally getting that case. Thanks for the info. I ended up going with these sleves -KMC 100 pochettes Card Barrier Perfect Size Soft Sleeves, 3 Packs https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NU5F7U0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They fit the card just right.
I use something like this one:
Currently stored by number, but I'm debating if I want to store them by song or artist.
A binder seems like a pain to deal with when busting out all the cards you want to play. I use this; I have all cards sleeved and they fit every card that is out (I don't have Chiller, but I know that 16 more cards won't be a problem).
I bought this Caseling Hard Case off of Amazon when I started amassing my collection, all the cards are double-sleeved and it works wonderfully. I separate them with thicker card-stock with a label on them to divide them up.
That said, I'm planning on going the cassette cases in the near future, not sure if it'll fit in my existing case or not just yet.
https://www.amazon.com/CASSETTE-STORAGE-CARRY-CASE-CASSETTES/dp/B00GFV6ZKC/ref=zg_bs_509338_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=SSR2H8GHPA5NTD8ZVNBW is the best I can find.
Something like https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Gray-STORAGE-CASE-Organizer-CASSETTE-TAPES-HOLDS-24/152854576437 from eBay might be better, though.
I had some really cheap old Ultra Pro sleeves that were too wide for the cases. I ended up finding these Ultra Pro PREMIUM Sleeves (emphasis mine) that fit a lot better and do fit into the cassette cases. They're still relatively cheap (Walmart had them on the rack for $1.98 per 100 pack), they're just much better cut than the extra cheap ones.
OP here: I am sorry but I should have posted how you could make your own.
Here's where I got the images:
https://www.reddit.com/r/dropmix/comments/7olscp/dropmix_tape_cassette_case_labels_1621_ill_finish
Here are the tape cases I used:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L9VBC4Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I printed out the .PDFs on a good color inkjet printer using the highest settings and a matte finish brochure paper.
I used a guillotine-style paper cutter to cut the labels out. I also just broke the spindles out of the cassette boxes by hand.
I am loving how they look. Thanks for all the upvotes!
Just picked up some TitanShield sleeves for ours. I'll let you know how they work out. Seeing the antenna dot turn white on both sides of many cards has me nervous - only had the game for a week!

But currently unavail meh
Edit* https://www.game.co.uk/en/dropmix-playlist-pack-rock-game-exclusive-2129421 Try ringing your local store they may still have it in stock despite the online saying different.

I bought it from this link in November for $24.99. There's still hope!
Use that one i did, mine shipped 2 days ago... got series 3 too! Waiting is killing me!
Sorry, that was the 4-pt model. Mine is the 9-pkt model:
Though, either way, binders are much easier for sorting and transporting.
These are the perfect fits I use.
These sleeves are a VERY tight fit, but they are really nice once all of your cards are in there.
What I do is I put the card in and apply pressure with my two index fingers on top of the card and slide it in until there is too much resistance from the card. After that, I put my thumb and index finger on the portion of the card that is in the sleeve already and just try and slide the rest in there. The more you can push it in during the first step, the easier the second step will be. These are nice because there is really no extra room at all in the sleeves, which some people may not like if they un-sleeve their cards quite often.
Those boxes are ALMOST perfect to sort the cards by color, but it's missing yellow!
Thankfully, for anyone who wants to go that direction, there's a second set of other colors which includes yellow: LINK and you can also buy yellow separately: LINK
For wild cards, I don't know. Pick any of the other colors, I guess. Each box holds 80 sleeved cards, but probably a little less with the thick Dropmix cards, which should be fine for now.
If you don't mind supporting flippers, you can get it for $30 on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/DropMix-Playlist-Pack-Electronic-Astro/dp/B06XKHND5C/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1514394272&sr=8-3-fkmr0&keywords=DropMix+Lucky

Check this out
I had seen all the packs like you mentioned and they say that they arrive at random, but I found this one that claims it is the full Discovery pack with no duplicates - like what is sold on the Hasbro site. So Hasbro is $30 - this link is $25. It arrives tomorrow so I'll confirm if it does not have duplicates.
I'm using one of these:
It's currently way too big for the number of released cards, but I'm playing the long game, here.
I ordered a very strange Dropmix Playlist Pack from Amazon for £11.32 on Amazon Worldwide (£2.99 delivery to the UK) - arrives on Tuesday 17th. Fingers crossed.
I have a double deck folding box container I’m using but it’s now stuffed completely full with five sleeved playlists. Probably going to use that for taking the game places and get a cheap cardboard deck box for long term storage.
Edit: I have this
Someone on Discord suggested this bag might work well: Gator GK-2110 Gig Bag for Micro Controllers (22.5" x 11.5" x 4") https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002GL7ZO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_-051zbR3SNDTZ
But I don't have one and don't know if anyone has actually tried it yet.
I ordered both of these and the Gator bag posted above. Will report back with results.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06WP1RRDQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Xuz2zb8TPQC25
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018K6FEJC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Uxz2zbDEBJBC9
Those would be thinner than the ones I'm using.
I believe this is the correct one I am using. Cards fit snugly and it gives it a little more protection. Not sure about those in the link, it says "non-glare", not sure if mine were non glare. I don't know if that would mess with the clarity at all of the artwork. May be something to research.
Card sleeves are a must I think, the cards are so dang hard to shuffle without them!
To be clear, are these the ones you're talking about? (I'm totally new to card sleeves and want to make sure I get the right ones.)
