While it does appear to be a lot, it can't be that difficult for a purple belt. A lot of it is stuff you should already know.

Also, according to Eddie, the warmups are comprised of 8 sets (4/week) that rotate. Each set is 15 min + 2 min of shrimping. Eddie says it will take the entire class (beginners) no more than 2 months. So you should be able to master it in one at the most?
