I've used the Stamp Weather Clock for the widget them. (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.infolife.ezweather.widget.stamp&hl=en_GB)

I used the Amber Weather app to get the weather and widget, Then I'm 99% sure it was the Line & Circle skin for it. If you mess around in customization for the app you'll eventually find a bunch of options and you can download it from there.

Amber weather can make use of the forecast.io plug in and is free with many different themes. I'd love to see more weather apps in the future compatible with that plugin as I've found it to be the most accurate of all weather sources

Amber weather have awesome widgets! . Don't really lose any widgets when you get nova you just re-add them to the screen.
