For breathing techniques, check out this simple app called Pranayam on the play store. It's one time payment and pretty useful for the quiet reminders throughout the day. Makes me drink enough water...which I never thought possible. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pixelpoint
I've been using this app for quite a while:

It's pretty consistent with 'Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha'.
Maintain good posture, don't exert yourself, it's not a race. Nadi shodana, kapalbhati, bhastrika,...are in there. Should you need more information, best thing is to turn to a yogi. If this isn't possible, download the aforementioned book and try to follow it to the letter so you don't sprain a chakra or whatever.
Here is a sequence you can learn and do on your own. I do a 42 part sequence every day, and this is just the basic Sivananda Hatha yoga postures.
I use this Pranayama app for my alternate nostril timings but there is many ways to improve your breathing techniques and lung capacity. Here is a book on Pranayama.
