My personal favorite is A Dark Room (also on iOS and Android; the Android port being unofficial, but legal, since the game is open source). It's different from normal Cookie Clicker games in many, many ways, but still adheres to the same basic formula. Definitely give this one ago. Anyone interested in competent world building should play this game. The atmosphere is astonishing and the way new gameplay and story elements are introduced is absolutely masterful. Go into this one blind, don't read anything about it and prepare to be surprised.
