Since I don't know how detailed you want to go, I'll instead point you to two resources
This is a total wormhole of a question. I think you'll actually have a lot of fun digging around finding places that you like.
ok fine i'll do a couple. Have a couple ones up by the wall ie castle black etc. name the mountain ranges and major rivers.
Could you please, write an opinion in the Google Play Store with only 1 star and stating something like this:
"It is not available in most countries and devices. In some cases, it is necessary to use VPN to buy it.
The ASOIAF community would really like to have this app. It is a shame."
Apparently, you can't have an opinion if you don't download it. That is stupid.
There's also the ~~TWOIAF~~ AWOIAF app, which is semi-canon. As in: Everything in it is signed off by George, but he reserves the right to change his mind.
I would highly recommend getting the app, A World of Ice and Fire, which contains the interactive maps from that set. It also has information for just about every person, place, house, group, etc. The app itself is free, but if you want the "info packs" for each book, it's only $5 to unlock everything.
The World of Ice and Fire mobile app. Its really cool, has a lot of really good quality maps, descriptions of locations and people. I had it several years ago, I haven't put it on my new phone.
I was talking about the official app. It consists of character information, places, maps, houses, creatures etc. and also has all the TWOW chapters that have been released so far. Originally, all of this was supposed to go in the TWOIAF book, but it became too much and they came up with the app.
"Canon" doesn't tell you whether something is true or false, just that it officially belongs to the universe. Everything in the books (including TWOIAF, I think) is considered canon. "Semi-canon" refers to things that are canon until they are contradicted by an actual canon source. Things that George says in interviews fall into this category. If he decides to change his mind and write something different in the next book, then that has a higher priority.
The app is semi-canon. There's some stuff in there that you won't find spelled out in the books. George has signed off on everything, but if he should decide to go in a different direction with something, then it's the books that count.
It exists. At least part of what you wish for.
It is official "A Song of Ice and Fire" app. You can find it in App stores:

I really liked it, and spent quite time.
Also, it is an fantastic companion while re-reading the books.
I've done some of that before, but I can condense it to this comment:

There's also the additional Arya chapter that GRRM mentioned working on in Braavos last month. Then there's this quote from the same blog post:
> Of late I have been visiting with Cersei, Asha, Tyrion, Ser Barristan, and Areo Hotah. - GRRM, notablog, "Writing, Reading, Writing", 6/23/2020
It's from the TWOW, Tyrion II sample chapter included in The World of Ice and Fire app available on itunes and Google Play. BTW, great app, but it's not available in every country unfortunately. You can read a fan summary of this Tyrion chapter that GRRM read at Worldcon in 2013 over on Westeros though!
Per your edit: Thanks for the tip. I think I've fixed it.
I think OP might mean this.
You should check out A World of Ice and Fire it's an account detailing ASOIAF's world history presented almost like a History Textbook, written from the perspective of a Maester who has penned the book as his contribution to the recording and preservation of their knowledge about the known world and its histories leading up to the present day(which its completion being published during the reign of King Tommen). It's sooooo interesting I'm reading it now. It relays details about the first men, the invasion of westeros by the Andals and with them the emergence of the faith of the seven. It discusses the events of Aegon the Conquerer and his uniting of the seven kingdoms and briefly reviews individually the subsequent Targarean rulers since Aegons acquisition for the 300 years leading to their disposal by Roberts Rebellion. There's also a lot of good info on Essos and its known histories and developments of the individual individual cities and cultures in the Eastern world. I can not recommend this companion book enough. It adds so much context to the events and state of affairs going on in the ASOIAF narrative, but being a written account of history as told through the perspective of the Citadel and Maesters, not only is it a more in depth educational source of history, but much like the main series of which it is based, is written by the POV of an in universe character so the scope of knowledge is still subjected to the limitations and bias of an in universe POV and gives you just enough to satisfy your curiosities pertaining to the fictional world and provides extra context for speculation of the main story line without revealing anything that would spoil the plot mysteries that remain unsolved in ASOIAF.
Also useful there's is a related mobile APP companion available in Google Play Store and the IOS App Store
I have it on android. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.randomhouse.woiaf&hl=en
