Just to add to that, I would also recommend checking out Accessibility Scanner, an app made by Google themselves. The app was built to help developers make accessibility improvements to their apps.
This app along with TalkBack will give you a good idea of what all Accessibility Services are capable of.
As a developer of Web and Android, I try to make sure to be accessible, but with no first hand experience I've got no real clue.
So I use tools like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.accessibility.auditor to help. Do you agree with some of the decisions that these kind of tools make?
