This one worked well for me. At times though I would update it and it would not work so I just wouldn't update it as much.. You need a Spotify premium account btw
Good, I have android as well. This should be it. Weird, I tried searching for it in the store and it didn't show so i had to go to the page from my installed apps page. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.meisolsson.spotifyalarm
There's this app that says it wakes you up with spotify music.
It has bad ratings though, so watch out.
It might work with Winder, I'm not sure (Winder has a 14 days free trial, so you can see if it works for you for free).
I found this android app that works along Spotify (premium only) to play any song or playlist there at given time. Multiple alarms possible. I'm definitely going to try this already tomorrow morning!
Link for the lazy.
I always have a lot of trouble waking up in the mornings, it doesn't matter even if I get 9 h of sleep. recently I started waking up 6-6:15 to go to the gym before work. This is what helps me: Prepare everything the day before. Gym gear, work bag, lunch, clothes, whatever you need to get ready before leaving home. Running around in the morning aint funny if you are half zombie. Go to sleep as early as possible (12 am in your case?) and aim for 7-8 hours. Go to bed always at the same time, even at the weekend. A recent study showed somehow that people who sleep longer during the weekend than Monday-Friday are at increased risk of... cardiovascular disease, I think it was. Anyway, a routin is key, don't break it! If you have trouble gping to bed, have something rich in tryptophane before bed - that should help you sleep sooner. The bath, book and bed (or whatever they call it) routine is also good. There are many good apps there to help you to wake up. This one uses your Spotify account so that you can use your favourite motivating song as an alarm. This other one asks you to do simple tasks such as math, memory tests, spelling or basic capital-country matches before you're able to switch it off. Have 5-10 tasks on and I guarantee you will be awake by the time you finish, if maybe not so happy because the alarm has been going on for a good few min :D. There is also Alarmy . with this one you can basically take a picture of any place of the house far far from the bed and in the morning the alarm won't turn off until you replicate this picture. Other apps also try to wake you up while you're in the light sleep phase, and you may feel it's easier to wake up with these. It didn't really work for me. Eat breakfast as soon as you can. A few jumps as soon as I get out of bed also help. No drinking or smoking also improves your sleep. ALWAYS leave the curtains OPEN! Otherwise you'll just feel shit, no matter what time you wake up. At least I do. After you do it a few times it gets better. At some point it just becomes habit and you are looking forward to waking up and getting your morning routine done. And if you don't you feel something is simply wrong with your day :)
