Alberta Health Services also has an app:

from personal experience I would say St. Albert is the least busiest.
my GP probably booking about 2 weeks in advance, if it's something I don't want to wait for there's a 24hr walk-in clinic a 2 block walk away. (30min wait time right now)
ER wait times for non life threatening, across the city are averaging about 2 hrs right now, (it's 5 am)
Canada
edit: there's an app for finding wait times.

our poor people have their own family doctors, they just make an appointment on their day off.
if anyone needs urgent care, wait times for ER visits are nowhere near that long.
and we have apps for that, we can see if our neighbourhood ER just got swamped and if another ER is moving faster.

my local med center which is in walking distance is currently 58 minutes
all but one of them is around 1 hour right now.
one ER is at 4hrs, it's 130am and it's raining and that ER is next to the freeway, I'm guessing big car accident.
I've been there a few times when it's been a gong show, and I've been there a few times where the care, and the speed at which I received it has been exceptional. One time they even called me back two days after the fact for follow up.
AHS has a good app that'll show the wait times in the city. I would look there to see if it's worth going to PLC.
Didsbury and Olds also have hospitals that I've heard people have gone to.
It's AHS's self-named app. Also has emergency wait times and a couple other minor things.
They also have an Alexa skill.
