As far as Arabaic vocabulary is concerned, I'd recommend TOPIK Locker app which is a flashcard/quiz app for practicing the commonly use Arabic words and phrases.

On android devices or (via Chrome store), I've tried Beginner Arabic and Arabic Locker. The former is for complete beginners whereas the latter if for those that wants to practice their arabic vocabulary. Both are free and works offline.
