Anything that'll make the front-leaning rest position more tolerable.

Keep pushing yourself no matter what. Enjoy the experience. A lot of Basic Combat Training is in your mind.
Hello,
I do not know how to express my gratitude beyond a huge thank you, though I wish I could. I am also sorry I am a little late. I did see the replies, but I had some issues that needed to be dealt with and so I had no access to a PC with my user info on it.

I checked the store for low fat peanut butter and mixed nuts and they are cheaper together than regular peanut butter alone, which was incredibly surprising. I will be making the change immediately, thank you!
Oh and I also found the app and am currently installing it on my android. I will definitely scan for more apps and will start on my running immediately, as I had no idea it was the most crucial part of the testing. I was under the impression situps were the most crucial part. I apparently know even less than I thought I did.

I appreciate that you included routine names and suggestions to start with, because I would have been lost trying to find routines or even places to check for them. With the names, I can file it down a lot easier so I don't have to google them so much. May I also ask what kind of warming up I should do though, and for how long?
And I am not sure about the PT. I did ask if something like that existed and he asked where I lived. When I told him I lived outside of the county (no nearby recruiting stations) he just flew over the question entirely. It was actually a little frustrating, because the distance to the center is nearly 40 miles and I can't bike it any time I wish to talk with him.
If you're looking to prepare yourself for what you'll be doing at basic, familiarize yourself with the information in this app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ssiedtech.prt
PRT is the program the Army uses and this app is in line with current doctrine.
Otherwise, just make sure you're reasonably fit and you'll already be ahead when you get there. Be able to run several miles without stopping. Do pushups, situps, pullups, and other body weight exercises. Go to a gym if you have access. Definitely also talk to your recruiter for advice on a workout plan.
Good luck.
First off, sorry for the formatting, I'm on mobile. Download the PRT app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ssiedtech.prt) Go to references, then all drills. Do the preparation drill, then Conditioning Drill 1/ Conditioning drill 2/ Four for the core/ climbing drill 1 (Only 1 of these per day, try to do a different one each day) and then complete the recovery drill. If you do this daily, you will not only be a little better physically, but you will also be familiar with these exercises as you will do them every single day in basic.
Kyle, I know you're out here boo, how you gonna have this article and not include links to the store for download?
If you consider why you have to advertise is because the market for you app is niche and already saturated. If there was a need for this you would know.
The interface is unpleasant to look at. The color schemes clash and look as if they were put together in the 1990s. There are tons of UI tutorials on the internet I'm not going to regurgitate info you could easily find yourself from googling.
Literally any other version of what you built is a better example of what you were trying to accomplish. For example..

This includes everything yours does in a more appealing package with more information. Even without the obnoxious ad bar at the top my question again becomes why do we need another one of these? What does yours bring to the table these are missing? Again from an app development learning perspective I could see the value, but this isn't ready for every day use and not something I'd advertise in public forum.
There is an Army PRT app that is useful as well. Here is the Android link:. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ssiedtech.prt
Download this app and it will help you develop your own PRT calendar in accordance with FM 7-22.
