Hello,
I do not know how to express my gratitude beyond a huge thank you, though I wish I could. I am also sorry I am a little late. I did see the replies, but I had some issues that needed to be dealt with and so I had no access to a PC with my user info on it.

I checked the store for low fat peanut butter and mixed nuts and they are cheaper together than regular peanut butter alone, which was incredibly surprising. I will be making the change immediately, thank you!
Oh and I also found the app and am currently installing it on my android. I will definitely scan for more apps and will start on my running immediately, as I had no idea it was the most crucial part of the testing. I was under the impression situps were the most crucial part. I apparently know even less than I thought I did.

I appreciate that you included routine names and suggestions to start with, because I would have been lost trying to find routines or even places to check for them. With the names, I can file it down a lot easier so I don't have to google them so much. May I also ask what kind of warming up I should do though, and for how long?
And I am not sure about the PT. I did ask if something like that existed and he asked where I lived. When I told him I lived outside of the county (no nearby recruiting stations) he just flew over the question entirely. It was actually a little frustrating, because the distance to the center is nearly 40 miles and I can't bike it any time I wish to talk with him.
That might work. I've been using Stew Smiths stuff and trust me it works. If your goal is maxing a PFT or crushing body weight stuff, he's your guy. https://www.docdroid.net/XVgJIdF/74056668-the-complet-guide-to-navy-seal-fitness.pdf.html https://www.docdroid.net/bIW8pHE/afpjcctpast2014.pdf.html Those two ought to help with your goal. The Air Force one is a bit more difficult.
Hey! Sorry if this is late, but I have Stew Smiths coast guard rescue swimmer pdf. It should help you. https://www.docdroid.net/qVTS3Zz/150750980-44-us-coast-guard-rescue-swimmer-training-stew-smith.pdf.html Good luck.
I haven’t tried his programs ( I’ve been out of the Canadian military for a long time) but I have been really impressed by his approach to training that he describes in his YouTube series.
I used https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fighting-Fit-Complete-Training-Handbook/dp/0752805894 to build endurance for an infantry recce course back before there was a ton of prep programs available.
I got a free copy of the McGrath book and it looks like a good program given the author’s background with p-coy.
