This reminds me of the old water level live wallpaper on the Asus Transformer TF101 (the very first one - not sure if it was on any others). The water level would indicate the battery charge of the tablet, and it had a little rubber ducky floating on top, and would swish around with the position of the tablet. I wish I could have ported that to my phone.
Edit: Ha, looks like they released it to the play store last year and now I have it on my phone! Sure its a battery drain but its fun. And I mis-remembered - it was ice cubes, not a duck. I think the duck was from a hacked apk.

I liked it on my old Transformer and have been installing it on my devices ever since. Uses less battery than I would have thought.
