If you want to start somewhere I would suggest your siblings. I don't know how old they are but young minds suck in information like a sponge. A good way is to sow little seeds of doubt in their minds through different subjects.
Example:
One sibling likes history? Great. Then you can teach them about all the gods that humanity has prayed to through out our existence, from shamanic gods of the stone age to today. Explain to them that their religion is a product of where they are born. Born in the West? Then you are most likely christian. Born in the middle east? Then you are most likely muslim. Born in the far east? Then you are most likely buddhist. This sparks inquiry.
Example:
One sibling likes biology? Great. Overwhelm them with nature documentaries and popular science books on biology. They will learn about evolution.

If OP has an android phone, the atheos app is basically a pocket course on effective street epistemology.
