Well I use Awoken for writing down my dreams. It also has a feature to alert you multiple times during the day to do reality checks.
This was the closest thing I could find to the description.
If it has a reminder in it to check your surroundings to ensure you're not dreaming, you KNOW it's got to be legit.
You can set your own alarm sound, it only plays once and you can set the time it goes off. It also makes the same sound in the daytime to do a reality check and has a dream journal. And is free! :-)
Edit: just re read the title. Perhaps this isn't what you want, you can only select a sound file not a play list.
Awoken is an app that you can use for consciousness checks and dream journaling.
(I have no association with the app, just something I've used in the past)
Whenever someone specifically asks in these kinds of threads how to learn it, I hope its okay that I plug my app on Android:

I think its the most popular one out there for that purpose, AMA if you like.
I'm enjoying Awoken (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lucid_dreaming.awoken)
It's pretty complete. but as far as I know there is no Apple version yet (at least I didn't find one).
Hope it helps.
I use this app. If you click the information button top right it tells you all about lucid dreaming and how you can do it with the app. Enjoy mate!
I will bro. This app is really good for reality checks I don't own it or anything https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lucid_dreaming.awoken This playlist I'll add all the videos that I learned lucid dreaming from https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3IOvkk3P-ktv-GoEoFJJKpsBiEjp8zEz
Reality checks also work great. I do reality checks 5-6 times a day. Some of the reality checks include counting fingers, breathing with your nose pinched and examining your surrounding. I use the app Awoken to write my dream journal and for reality checks. Hope this helps. Takes time but eventually works.
There's an app that does this actually, forget what it's called. If you search "lucid dreaming" on the google play store you'll find it
Edit: It's called "Awoken"

If this one had a decent alarm it would be alright, but if you can make it better than that, that's pretty much all I want.
Awoken - Lucid Dreaming Tool. I haven't used it, but I heard positive things from other people about it.
Is that this Awoken?
