BakaReader EX but it only covers titles from Baka-Tsuki
J-Novel App and Neovel are a couple apps I messed around with and seemed ok
I use a combination of BakaReader EX, Google Docs, Japtem Reader and Chrome. Although I do not use it, I think that you can use Blogger to follow a list of blogs and check any updates they do.
For anime there's not really an equivalent app, so I usually just download episodes (via nyaa with torrent).
For novels you have two: Baka Reader, for reading every novel in the baka-tsuki site (there's a lot, but they became big enough and have to comply with DMCA so a lot of novels had to be put down), and Ranobe, which has a lot more. Ranobe has its subreddit, r/ranobe, and the dev updates a lot and participates in the subreddit.
I also had the luck to get a madokami account before they stopped opening new accounts. Madokami is a repository of manga and novels, and there's tons of material. Unfortunately the newest material is not always there.
Webnovels are way easier, as most of them are not licensed and are free to read. For a lot of them I just have bookmarked the translator blog or something (which you can check on novelupdates). I'm currently reading via blog Cautious Hero, Death March and Live Commentary.
BakaReader - This only has non-licensed fan translations.
Theres also Bakareader, an android app that lets you read everything on bakatsuki on your phone.

If possible, add the ability to download and read the LN's on android devices with BakaReader EX.
