The platforms are protective over the exact search algorithms they use, but a lot of the factors are known. One of them is popularity - games that are downloaded get to be downloaded more. It's an incredibly crowded marketplace. The more obvious keywords are "Ball" "Tap" and "Game" all of which are very overloaded. What term do you expect people to be searching when they find your game? Why would they download it instead of anything else on the list?
In terms of optimization, compare your page to one of the better minimalist examples with similar language, Ballz: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ketchapp.ballz
Notice how their screenshots have a ton of things going on in them, making the game look exciting. Also see how their description naturally looks like it's finished before you hit read more, instead of trailing off mid-paragraph. High score is used twice, because with this kind of game you're basically going to succeed if people want to share their score with their friends/social media. It has to be the right difficulty ramp where you can get into it and get a number that feels decent, but it gets hard enough you feel that each increment is an achievement that others may not beat.
Finally, even if you improve all that, it probably won't matter. So many games are released that you need to do something to stand out from the crowd that's separate from your actual game. Especially in the arcade space. It can be build enough games with a following such that people already know who you are, like 111%. It can be (and typically is) spending enough money on ads to get that initial install based that can spread the word and generate organics. It can be (and rarely is) looking/sounding so distinct and polished that you can get featuring for your game, like PinOut, again helping with organics. But it has to be something. No one deserves an audience just for making a game, you have to earn it somehow.
Ballz - by ketchapp - 3.7 stars - Free - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ketchapp.ballz
It's an addictive game. You point at a direction and shoot a ball. It hits cubes and bounces around. Each cube has a digit signifying the number of times your ball has to hit it for it to disappear. You get more Ballz over time. The cubes move lower and lower every time you shoot, and if they reach the bottom you lose, so you must aim where to shoot your ballz so they'll hit the highest number of cubes for max damage.
This is not a thinking or strategy game.
Well, your store could certainly use some optimization. It's got a pleasing color scheme, but you can't really tell what the game is easily. You say "Looking for a block rolling puzzle in 3d?" but... am I? What's a block rolling puzzle? Your screenshots also have what I think is Portuguese as opposed to English, which will likely turn off people.
Look at something like Ballz for a comparison. The text in the description is much tighter. Players don't read much. There's a video trailer. The high contrast colors read more exciting than relaxing.
Beyond that, though, hypercasual as a genre runs on ads even more so than most mobile games. You pay to get good traffic into your page that will have a higher conversion rate. If you're not targeting AdWords, you're going to get some really low quality traffic that will tank your stats. It is very, very, difficult to earn anything in mobile without a lot of money to spend on user acquisition and no publisher.
I really like Ballz

Not bad.
What makes this version of Ballz "Classic"?
It's too addictive. I love to see the ball bouncing :D
Ballz. Good luck, I lost about two weeks of my life to this stupid game.
Any game similar to ballz but more polished, better looking and without ads?
