I use battery usage shortcut for screen on time.
It's just a shortcut to the default android battery manager, so it's tiny and doesn't use extra resources.
Usually around 5 hours of screen on time. That is however with loads of WiFi/data switching and low signal moments because of the long traveling I do each day.
This is what happens if I stay on a stable couple of networks for 2 days.
Edit: This screen is part of the default Android power manager. ZTE decided to hide it and implement their own instead. You can open the default power manager with this.
It's just a shortcut to open the default manager, nothing else.
I'm not quite sure why they did what they did. You can download a battery monitoring app, or use the stock one. It still exists and shows screen on time, you just need a shortcut to it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jaredharen.batteryusageshortcut
That doesn't really help, you need to show us the screen on time. You can access it by installing this shortcut and clicking Screen. It should show the screen on time.
Alternatively, use GSam Battery Monitor.
Don't switch to LOS for battery... Check to see if your phone is properly sleeping and if an app is running in the background sucking up the battery. Use something like this to check battery usage https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jaredharen.batteryusageshortcut&hl=en .
If all else fails factory reset.
They didn't put a skin over it, it's actually a different screen altogether. Fortunately, this means the old screen we're used to still exists, it's just hidden. You can easily get to it using this small app.

You get natively measured SOT back as well.
