• These apps already exist. The biggest issue is marketing and getting people to be aware about and download them.
• It is easy to create an Uber/Lyft clone and underestimate how much effort it takes to make one well, evident from how bad the reviews are.

Are you talking about their old app or the one they launched recently?

The old one was a joke, but the new one looks fine. I honestly have not used it to book a taxi, but it looks pretty intuitive.
