I like Biermacht.

I use it mostly as a recipe database. I like that I can edit the ingredient database and it seems to be the most extract friendly app that I can find.

If you're interested in an Android tool, I wrote and open-sourced Biermacht. I'm continuing to develop it and add more features. Supports recipe import/export, so should work in tandem with whatever other software you may choose.
