Of course these are on testnet and worthless but you can do all operations like on mainnet
Bitcoin, as part of the protocol has this thing called "Testnet" which are basically fake bitcoins. There are many live Testnet Faucets. I've got a testnet LN thread if you need some too. For real Bitcoin, skip to the bottom. Wallets that support Testnet are:

through LN will be the one with the least skill. They pay LN for fake amazon reviews, if your ethically OK with that.
