Perhaps BodBot?
I've only started using it recently, a good experience so far. It tailors your workout according to your goals and time constraints, and is very easy to use. I think there's a premium version that tracks nutrition and gives you dietary goals too.
I've started using bodbot I like it so far. I like that it has lots of options for goals and that it adapts to your abilities and pushes you to do more. It also allows you to tell it what equipment you have access to.
I've only been using it in my home gym for like a week but I feel like I'm going to stick with it because it just tells me what exercises to do and I don't have to plan anything out which is what has derailed me in the past with weight training.
There's Bodbot on Android, which is the same idea. I don't know how it compares, though. I tried it for a while and quite liked it, but didn't want to pay for it. Might try it again now. It's got 4.6 Stars on the Play Store, so it's probably alright.

I use Bodbot a lot - it's a great little app.
BodBot is your personal trainer. BodBot’s sophisticated algorithms will tailor your workouts to your goals, equipment, abilities and more, and will adapt as you progress to maximize results.

Hmm I'm going to take an unorthodox approach and suggest some apps that don't necessarily help you be more productive but rather they save you time so you can focus on more productive things.
So they're not really apps that are necessarily making me more productive. It's more like they're allowing me to reallocate a lot of information that clogs my brain on a day to day basis.
BodBot is a similar app
Try BodBot. It has a subscription, but it's not essential.
hi guys, can someone suggest an improvement to my current setup of fitness apps?

i do basketball, strength training, running. i want to track them all, and pull out some stats out of my logs, possibly in one app. i'm on android and obviously would like the apps to be free

1) FITNESS app, currently i'm using BODBOT (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bodbot.trainer&hl=pl) a lesser known app but surprisingly rich in content and possibilities

* ALGORITHMS - the workouts and workout plans in general are created by algorithm, based on a specified goal (gain muscle, lose fat, stay healthy etc), amount of time and availability. there's youtube clip and description for every exercise
* FLEXIBILITY - if i ever miss a training day - the schedule adjusts. if i want to work out at home - no problem - I just need to specify the equipment I have and the app suggest suitable exercises (no equipment exercises are there as well). if i want to concentrate on a specfic group of muscles, ban some specific exercises i don't like - it's all possible
* TRAINING STRUCTURE - the workouts generated by the app always consist of 3 phases: WARM UP, main training and COOL DOWN (=stretching) - this is perfect set. the proper strength training should not only about lifting weights. i've always held stretching in high regard and i'm happy the app forces me to do it on a regular basis
* FITNESS TESTS - the app offers various fitness test to determine my current fitness level, and what is maybe even more important - assess my posture and mobility. it adjusts the exercise difficulty / adds to the mix those exercises that combat the identified problems with posture/mobility (eg flat feet, incorrect arm position etc)
* OTHER it syncs with google fit. there's also a nutrition planner but i don't really use that

WHAT ELSE DO I WANT: the UX is not really impressive, there's no sync with cardio apps, no fitness trend score, no stats

2) CARDIO app for running/cycling, currently i'm using STRAVA (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.strava), widely known and regarded

WHAT ELSE DO I WANT: in strava you just can't record basketball (WHY?), doesn't show the 12km record or VO2max measure

3) TREND/STATS app, currently i'm using ELEVATE ON STRAVA (https://thomaschampagne.github.io/elevate/) - only website, no mobile app. when synced with STRAVA, it provides a bunch of stats and most importantly fitness trend score (PMC model, calculates fitness, fatigue and form score to show my long-term progress)

WHAT ELSE DO I WANT: the problem is the website only syncs with strava and the fitness trend only takes into consideration cardio activities recorded there, no weight trainings, no basketball

4) LOGGER app for all above activities, currently i'm using GOOGLE FIT for that

WHAT ELSE DO I WANT: i want one place to log all my activities (basketball - no app for that, running, strength training), log my body read-outs (pulse, weight) and calculate some sort of fitness score taking it all into consideration. also some breakdown of time spent per activity would be nice

i'm aware there's fundamental problem of how to log strength training to pmc chart - how to estimate TSS for a weight lifting?

i did try several other common apps (nike training club + nrc, endomondo, trainings peak) but none of seems to offer what i need

any advice?
