Salted dried seaweed is an absolute miracle for low cal salt fixes and it tastes so much better than you'd imagine
I usually get them from my local Asian grocery store but you can find it online too it looks like:

I bought some Anker ones a few weeks ago and I’m surprised at how well they stay in my ears. I really liked them and they came with a bunch of sizers to make them fit bigger or smaller ears. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KDZ2NZX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_XhsjpUnblRaty
Sure!

This is the one I got off of Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081JMW6FJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It works great and was delivered with a small dent, but functions perfectly. I haven't tested it with the bars up, though. When the bars are down, it only goes up to 4 MPH. When they're up I think it goes up to 7MPH or so.

It's relatively quiet, people can't hear it when I'm on phone calls.
I buzz my hair off :p. But when it was longer I wore a cloth hairband. If you go this route, get one with little silicone bits on the inside to prevent slippage, like so.
I bought this one on Amazon about a month ago and so far I’m very happy with it for the price.
ATIVAFIT Indoor Cycling Bike... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L9TC976?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My boyfriend and I both use it almost everyday, often while watching tv. It’s completely quiet which is really nice and it hardly takes up any room. We keep it in the corner of the living room but if you had a closet you could keep it in it also folds up nicely.
Only cons- you can’t stand up while riding it and I never quite figured out the different settings on the screen, to be fair I never really tried though. Just set the resistance where I want it and set a timer for how long I want to go.
Also the seat is not that comfortable when you’re on it for awhile but I think this is the case for may bikes.
Ultimately I would recommend as a way to get some cardio in whenever without leaving the house!
Amazon and search cropped workout tank. They come in 3 or 4 packs. Fitted, cotton, racer backs. I love them. These are my favs.
Tera's whey is good. Drink Wholesome makes a great unflavored protein powder with egg whites. It has zero added junk which is why I like it.
Congrats! I'm 5'2 and I found these pair of Levi's that fit me amazingly in a 28" inseam (and they're reasonably priced)!
In that case, I have this one and it's a dream! I store it in my closet when I'm not using it, it's easy to set up and take down, and it can shift elevation for easy 12-3-30 workouts. The only downside is that it doesn't really go very fast, but hey, neither do I, so it's not really a problem. I wish it had a cupholder. Otherwise, it was a terrific purchase and it's held up very well over the past 1.5 years.
I'm 4'11" and I use the Pyhigh bike! I like to place my iPad on the holder and watch Netflix if I'm looking for a more low key workout that day (:
I've had several wrist surgeries and also hate push-ups. I use these pushup handles which make it a lot more bearable, and like someone else mentioned switch to my knees if I need to.
I try to make it further on my hands each workout or round.

Join your local buy nothing, a lot of people give this stuff away for free.
I look for bpa free bags that can withstand cold and hot temps. Yes they are pricier than the regular bags but they last a very long time and you don't need to buy them all the time like you do the plastic bags.
Another option is to use smaller paper bags (not reusable but perhaps can be recycled) or glass mason jars. A whole thing of mason jars is like $8 at Walmart.
Good luck - the reusables really do pay for themselves after just a couple weeks.
Depending on if you legs hurt too or just your feet, these compression socks might be great for you! I just got them in from Amazon today and they’ve already relieved my foot pain. I’m honestly really impressed and some colors are 50% off! Compression Socks
I started using this scale here. Says I'm 1131. Not too sure how accurate it is, but at least it's within the 1200 range fo someone my height (4'9")
Here's the vegan protein powder I use and it tastes really good! It has 30g of protein per serving and it's been super helpful for hitting my protein goals:

30F here, I really like my panache non-wired sports bra: https://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Plus-Size-Wired-Sports/dp/B011RAWDCY/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=Panache%2BWomen%27s%2BNon-Wired%2BSports%2BBra&qid=1646263855&sr=8-6&th=1&psc=1
Its so comfortable and they've got some cool colors and patterns.
I'd also suggest trying out the calculator suggested by r/abrathatfits. A lot of people in the size range you mentioned aren't wearing the right size.
Last tip, for normal bras, Nordstroms has free shipping and free returns and carries many bras in that size range. Thats how I was finally able to find a few bras that actually fit me.
I’m also 5’1 and have recently bought a couple of pairs of these leggings off of Amazon CRZ YOGA Women's Naked Feeling Workout Leggings 25 Inches - High Waisted Yoga Pants with Side Pockets
The 25” inseam length hits just above my ankle which I like because I think it makes me look a little less short. I also like the side pockets. I do wish they weren’t so high waisted, but I know lots of people like that so that’s definitely a personal preference.

I used the below app for a few months and it helped me be consistent as it gives structure and a schedule to follow.
For example, you can do their 30 day challenge and they layout a workout routine with variation everyday. Then on top of that you can also select to do additional 'legs'' or 'arms' focused routines for when you've finished your daily routine which takes 10-30mins, increasing as the 30 days go in.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dumbbellworkout.dumbbellapp.homeworkout
I'm sure iphone has the same app :) good luck!
Usually these (live in SoCal, so it's always warm). If I'm going to the gym them I just add a baggy t-shirt and the material of the set actually works well to whick away sweat. The band in the middle holds stuff in too.
I am also self conscious about my stomach, but totally get wanting to not feel overheated. I found some open-back tops on Amazon that I really love. The back keeps me cool, but my tummy is still covered. (Bonus if you have a cute, strappy sports bra, it's extra cute) - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RX5N56Z/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_0WQB8ZJGKDTFSR47VA0C?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I had the same issue- tried ASICS but still had pain, then got the “pivot” sneaker from Kuru (said to be for PF specifically) and absolutely love them! I got thick running socks from Balega and the combo has been amazing. I also got this calf stretcher, it’s a single use tool but so worth it IMO
Sure!! I got it on Amazon. I would have someone else use the calipers to measure you. There’s videos online on how to do it.
I had this problem with my AirPods but I switched the ear tips to thesetips
it doesn’t hurt anymore and no danger of airpods falling off

Nonsense, they make me feel hardcore 😂 These are the ones I got, mine are a few years old and have held up really well! Other than the little tabs on the middle and ring ringers which fell off after not too long, but I found those annoying and not really necessary anyway.
If not just search "the spinsterz beginner hoop" on amazon!
Professional Hooper here!! Start with a hoop made out of polypro, and with 3mm grip tape on the inside or wrapped around (this keeps it from falling, immensely). Adult/professional hoops are better than a child's toy because they are bigger and heavier, meaning they will spin slower and make it much easier to keep up with. For a beginner, measure from your belly button to the floor to get a good hoop diameter. It would be pretty big. I ordered one from Amazon for my first. Watch some Deanne love on youtube, she has many tutorials. I have been able to keep up good exercise habits from hooping, the community is great, and now I get performance gigs so it's a win win all around! 2 years hooping now!

Came here to say exactly this. Some people lose weight proportionately, I’m one of those people and it really doesn’t help the body dysmorphia because I look the same, just smaller. It’s hard to see the difference in pictures and mirrors.
Def measure yourself, OP. It helps a lot. I use this app on iOS to track it and this measuring tape - it’s only $7.
Of course! And it’s called FITINDEX, it comes with this scale I bought on Amazon for like $25! I highly recommend it, it’s one of those fancy ones that like knows your metabolism and the weight of your muscle, water, fat, etc, which is cool because there have been times where the my overall weight hasn’t changed, but my body fat has gone down or my muscle has increased! It’s really helpful to see that stuff sometimes!
Cutting sugar was a huge problem for me as someone who's in recovery from alcoholism (2 years sober). I've had to make a lot of difficult changes because of my sobriety and maybe seeing my diet as part of that has made it a little easier? I don't know, I've had to reassess my nutrition as being really critical to my health in a way I didn't in my 20s.
Two things: Stevia has saved my life, specifically this brand. I really love sweet coffee and tea and this allows me to have those things, which keep me sane and satiated.
Second: You should allow yourself occasional indulgences! Like a Hershey bar once a week is not going to ruin you! I think it's easier that way, to not see it as an all or nothing thing. You can make things with stevia, too -- my go-to treat is the keto chocolate cake in a mug.
Sounds like you're at a comfortable weight right now. If you are concerned with losing weight though, daily/frequent weigh ins are definitely the best way to make sure you're not slipping.
If you really want to calculate your TDEE accurately, the calculators out there are kinda bullshit. The best way to do it is trial and error over time. Start inputting your calorie intake/outtake and weight into the TDEE spreadsheet or something like calorietracker.io that actively tracks your TDEE changes. I highly recommend!
That makes complete sense to me. The first Beachbody program I did was the 21DFX Extreme program which was pretty restrictive in terms of what you could eat, but it was okay because it was only for three weeks. I find Beachbody nutrition is generally a bit annoying to follow because everything is counted in terms of coloured containers (I guess to make it easier for people who don't want to weigh their food). Personally, I'd rather be able to eat pizza, etc. other stuff, and being a bit more flexible with my diet because that's truly the only sustainable way to do this.
I think my biggest struggle is the actual number of calories to eat. How did you get to your numbers of 1650-1800? I had a look at the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle suggestion re: how to calculate nutrition. I used the Harris-Benedict Calculator (https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/bmr-harris-benedict-equation) and underestimated my Physical Activity Level (I put light exercise 1-2x/week, but I workout daily for at least 45 mins, usually closer to 90). My TDEE using this approach appears to be 1,869. At the high end of the aggressive deficit recommended in the book, it suggests eating around 1,305 calories or so (30% deficit). Is this similar to what you did?
Nonfat Greek yogurt has 17g protein and about 90 calories in a 170g serving. We get ours at a discount grocery store, so not sure on the retail price. I also get these crunchy edamame snacks which have 20g protein per 200cal of beans, ~$1 each.
This guy's channel has neat low budget meal ideas. (some include canned tuna, sorry!)
Eggs are fantastic. Sorry your family isn't on board with that.

I definitely have times when it's really hard to make time to exercise between work demands and parenting, and I am not the type who can wake up at 5 AM or earlier (I had to for a period in my early 20s working as a barista, and my body never adjusted to it... it was always a struggle even when I'd been doing it for six months).
I'm WFH, so not sure if this is workable for you, but last year I purchased an under-desk elliptical for this reason. I personally use it standing, with my desk adjusted to standing, and will hop on when I'm doing more passive work like watching a training, reading emails, or in a (virtual) meeting when I don't need to talk often. You can also use it seated. I bought this one, which is fairly inexpensive, sturdy, and has adjustable resistance: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VICRO8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Then I also keep some resistance bands near my desk for quick "weight" exercises.
I prefer to measure myself. It’s not as accurate as a caliper but I feel confident with the result compared to what I actually look like. Get a cheap tape measure off Amazon (I like this one) and give that a try instead. I put all my measurements into this app (iOS) and it calculates my BF% for me. There are online calculators you can use as well but I like that I can add pics and have it saved on this app. Plus it shows you your progress (i.e. “11 total inches lost”) so it’s convenient.
Personally I love having a different metric to track other than weight, especially during recomp, so I wouldn’t give up on tracking BF% without trying measurements first. Hope that helps!
Thank you!
I have a hard time finding leggings that don’t bunch at my ankles, as I am sure all petites do, lol.
& Purple is my favorite. 💜
To satisfy my chocolate cravings I’ve really been enjoying Healthwise hot chocolate… it’s also a bit pricey, but I just do half a packet per mug. It’s definitely less flavorful, but I just need a little chocolate flave to tie me over when I’m PMSing. It’s also got 15 g of protein for a serving (80 calories). So its basically my 40 calorie protein snack. I know there are a bunch of different low calorie / high protein chocolate mixes out there, so I can’t claim this is the best brand, but I like it.

I’ve vegetarian for a couple of months (I started as pescatarian) and the more fiber I eat the more bloated I feel? I’m nowhere as good as you’re (sorry I remembered your post about how lean you’re getting! Love your legs and bootty!!! Give me some tips because I lost mine hahah) it’s been like 4 days drinking 1 banana+1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk+3 ice cubes+ 3/4 of a scoop of this protein-digestive supplement https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07S5NG9LB/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_api_glt_fabc_ZHF0XGP58GAE15YF075M?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Tahiti vanilla! I'm 5'2. I ordered these on Amazon (in small) and they fit perfectly on me. Perfect length, has pockets, moves well, doesn't slide down. Can't speak for durability, since I've only had them a few months.

There’s lots of stuff you can do at home! I live in the boonies so I rarely go to the gym because it’s a 25 minute drive . I Run, walk, do yoga, and body weight exercises, and bike on my stationary bike when the weather sucks. You can buy some basic cardio equipment to use at home like a stationary bike, elliptical or stair stepper without spending too much money . And you can get a couple 5, 10, 15 pound weights too which you can do a lot with. Resistance bands are another good one if you don’t want to spend much and don’t have much storage space.
I used to have one of these which I loved

I've started using bodbot I like it so far. I like that it has lots of options for goals and that it adapts to your abilities and pushes you to do more. It also allows you to tell it what equipment you have access to.
I've only been using it in my home gym for like a week but I feel like I'm going to stick with it because it just tells me what exercises to do and I don't have to plan anything out which is what has derailed me in the past with weight training.
I bought these two recently and they work so well for when I run/do HIIT and aren’t super expensive. I’m a DD. I love them both but prefer the target one.

i try to get 80-100g per day at 5’4” 180lbs, and use basically any protein supplement since i’m lucky and have little issue with them in general, but lately i’ve been sticking to a gainful blend and pea protein
gainful: my blend is made with whey, but yours doesn’t have to be if you’re sensitive to lactose. what i love about this is that it is mainly flavorless and very smooth, making it more versatile than others. i don’t love the flavor packets they offer though because they aren’t very strong tasting
pea protein: i use this one. great whey alternative, but takes awhile to get used to the texture as it is not nearly as smooth, plus there is a slight underlying taste. now that i’ve been using it for a little while, i kind of like the taste and texture and add it to yogurt when i don’t make a shake with almond milk, cocoa powder, and splenda
