boggle is called "il paroliere" in Italian.
A quick search on google play for apps turned up this for instance https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andreapace.paroliere&hl=it but please know that I didn't check it for quality.
Similarly, for online websites, a quick google search found this one http://www.ilparoliere.altervista.org/ and others.
I'm sure you can find alternatives and use the best sites and apps now that you know what to look for.
